Order Process
- ORDER TIMELINE: Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis that is determined by when we receive your payment or when your deposit is placed.
- DEPOSIT: The first step is to place your deposit through this page or contact our sales team for assistance at sales@sylvansport.com. Please note: payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
- PAYMENT: The balance of your order will be due 21 days prior to shipping or pick up. We will contact you by phone to finalize package options and accessories. You will have the option of picking up your new GOAT at our factory in Brevard, NC or have us delivery it to your home.
