Hurricane Helene has inflicted immense destruction and hardship on millions of people, especially our neighbors in Western North Carolina and surrounding areas where SylvanSport is proud to call home. Our hearts go out to those impacted and suffering loss. SylvanSport is committed to our community and region and will do everything we can to support the rebuilding process.

We are part of the resilience and fortitude of these mountains.

Our deepest gratitude to the heroes… the first responders, utility and communication workers, relief agencies, volunteers, and everyone that has begun the work to rescue, stabilize, and rebuild.

We have witnessed the countless convoys of power trucks, disaster relief semis, NC National Guard vehicles and personnel, helicopters, and cargo planes pouring into the region making us proud of our nation and redoubling our already strong faith.

Our employees are safe and our building sustained minimal damage so we are helping our neighbors to aid to those not as fortunate. Almost all of our associates are currently without power, water, cell communications, or internet. Some communities were hit very hard.

As power, communication, and infrastructure are restored, one thing is sure, the nation will witness the power of the people of Western North Carolina and surrounding areas as we begin the rebuilding process.

Our website is open and we are accepting orders. Shipping will resume on Monday, October 7 and other functions will return throughout the week. We ask for your patience over the next several days to return calls, emails, and inquiries.
