The SylvanSport GO and associative items are shipped in the U.S. via dedicated shipper.
The purchaser takes possession of the GO, at the point of shipment, in Sidney, Ohio. Shippers are properly insured. If damage should occur to product during delivery, parts will be replaced in whole or in part.
Shipping origin is Sidney, Ohio. Cost to ship is paid by purchaser (unless other arrangements have been made)
Shipping prices are divided into three regions, as follows: Eastern Zone: $495, Central Zone: $695, Western Zone: $795. Please see map or call SylvanSport for exact geographic shipping borders.
Accessory items, ordered separately are shipped via commercial delivery services and are properly insured. Individual item costs vary based on size, weight and delivery method.

RETURN POLICY:
Every item on our website comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll refund your money or exchange any item on our website within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item, please call one of our trained SylvanSport Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization Number. All items require this SylvanSport Return Authorization Number and need to be in like new condition in their original packing, for the return process to be completed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost to return the merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.
Restocking fees of 15% of the original price may apply to any orders we agree to restock.
